Today is National HR Professionals Day and we are excited to celebrate one of LISD’s biggest advocates for our employees, Assistant Superintendent Rodney Caddell! Mr. Caddell wears many hats at Levelland ISD, and leading our Human Resources efforts is an important one. He works tirelessly to recruit and retain high-quality employees while helping create a positive work environment where our staff can thrive. Because when we take care of the people who take care of our students, everyone benefits! Mr. Caddell also shares his knowledge and experience beyond LISD, serving as the District V Representative for the Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators (TASPA). His dedication to Levelland ISD spans an incredible 38 years and his commitment to our students, employees & community has remained at the heart of his work. On National HR Professionals Day, we are proud to recognize Mr. Caddell and thank him for the many ways he supports the people who make Levelland ISD such a special place to work.
