Levelland ISD is incredibly proud to celebrate 55 outstanding educators as we award an amazing $1,027,000 through the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)! The Teacher Incentive Allotment was created by the Texas Legislature to recognize, reward & retain highly effective teachers while creating opportunities for educators to earn increased compensation & continue making a difference in the classroom. But tonight is about so much more than a dollar amount. It is about celebrating the teachers who show up every day, build relationships, inspire confidence, challenge students to grow & help every Lobo Find Their Place.
