LMS National History Day students will be completing more research at TTU tomorrow with Ms. Olivia Magee. The NHD program enables students to choose a topic and dive deeply into the past by conducting extensive research in libraries, archives, and museums. They then present their conclusions and evidence through papers, exhibits, performances, documentaries, or websites, moving through a series of contest levels where professional historians and educators evaluate them. Through this process, students develop communication, project management, and historical thinking skills. We wish our Middle Schoolers the best of luck tomorrow in finding the information needed to win their competition in March.
