Ag Awareness Day!

Fourth-graders from South & Capitol experienced Ag Awareness Day again this year! Each year, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Hockley County hosts Ag Day, where students see many stations covering subjects from water and soil, cotton and farm animals, electricity, keeping Texas beautiful, and everything else between the dirt and the sky. Their focus is teaching agricultural production and environmental stewardship,#ExpectExcellence foods you eat. Thank you for the free lunch from the Agriculture Awareness Committee too!
