Library Convention!

Four LISD Librarians attended the Texas Library Association Library Conference last week in Austin. Attending TLA enabled them to learn to gain a wealth of information and resources, advocate for our libraries, learn new best practices, meet authors, network with others, learn about new books being published, understand policy, be inspired, and create the best places for our students to seek wisdom! Mrs. Alexander, Fryar, Swain & Isaacks came back refreshed and are bringing back new and improved ways of doing things to create opportunities for our readers! We are excited that our librarians care about turning our kids on to books!
